Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • The original proof of purchase must be provided

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Installation services (once scheduled or completed)
  • Opened packages of decorative light globes and lamps
  • Custom or special order items

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the provided return label (for US returns) or follow the international return shipping instructions. For exchanges, please clearly indicate the replacement product requested.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • International customers: Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

Exchange Information

For approved exchanges:

  • We’ll ship the replacement item once the original is received
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference if exchanging for a higher-value item
  • Shipping charges for the replacement item will apply unless the exchange is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (including air conditioners, ceiling fans, or AV equipment):

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  2. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs
  3. Do not attempt to install or use damaged electrical items
