Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Flat rate: $12.95
  • Best for time-sensitive orders
• Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for most international destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your BrightNest Lighting purchase.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• Original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Installation services (once scheduled or completed)
• Opened packages of decorative light globes and lamps
• Custom or special order items
• Air conditioners, ceiling fans, and AV equipment (unless defective)

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service at [email protected] with:

• Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
• Email body including:
  • Your full name and contact information
  • Product name and reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  • Confirmation that the item is in original condition

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number clearly on the package.

• US customers: Use the provided return label
• International customers: Follow the shipping instructions provided

Step 4: Processing Your Return

We’ll inspect your return within 5 business days of receipt and notify you of approval status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
• International customers: Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

Exchange Information

For approved exchanges:

• We’ll ship the replacement once we receive the original item
• You’ll be responsible for any price difference if exchanging for a higher-value item
• Shipping charges for the replacement will apply unless the exchange is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (especially electrical items like air conditioners or ceiling fans):

1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
2. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs
3. Do not attempt to install or use damaged electrical items
