3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. An order is only confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

5. Returns and Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items).
